Overall, I am pleased with their work…Ryan S., Rory, Edmundo and Maurice. A bit disappointed with the dust that all over our first floor! Also, concrete drips on steps and driveway. Really appreciated the removal of trash and junk from the basement! They took a bunch of it…..saved me quite a bit!

I had an empty area beneath my patio- a “void” beneath my patio. (Was thinking big sinkhole for a while there.) It was getting larger and it was also causing rain water to come into my basement. The concrete patio step that sat on the patio was also sinking and beginning to crack. I called BQ and they sent out the very knowledgeable and pleasant Robert Shannon. He assessed the problem but reassured me that it wasn’t a big as I thought and he explained how the foam works. Very interesting. The epoxy foam is injected thru the concrete where it was strong enough to lift the patio and step . The foam technician ,Rob G, explained the process well. He found a rotting backer board beneath the slider and caulked it for me till I found someone to replace it. BQ is a quality group of people AND they know their business.Highflying recommended.

Turnaround time from diagnosing the issue to fixing the leak in my basement was astounding! However their first visit did not stop the leak. Adam, my point of contact, returned to my house to figure out our next steps. He reassured me that it will be taken care of. I never felt abandoned and appreciate their diligence.

They were on-time on the days they were scheduled, they left the place clean when they were done and were happy to answer questions along the way to ensure we were happy with the work. Got several quotes for the work and they delivered great value for the cost. The team was courteous, professional and knew their trade.

Antonio, Dane and Dan were amazing! They were on time and very professional! They explained the entire job to me and then got started. They laid down something to protect my carpet and then they encapsulated my crawlspace and installed a new sump pump. I still have to see how the sump pump will work when needed. It hasn't come on yet.

Due to BQ Basements‘ stellar service and their dedication to excellence, I am happy to write this review of the work they performed at my house. My barn’s foundation needed repair and everyone at the company displayed the kind of care a customer hopes for when a big job needs to be done at one’s property. BQ shows a sincere desire to execute an assignment correctly and to make sure the work will stand up to the tests of time. When the day came for the actual procedure, Stacey and Nick exhibited the informed understanding and professional confidence a customer loves to witness. They accomplished their tasks with precision while helping me understand all the steps they so skillfully performed that day. I must also mention the diligent attentiveness that Mike and Mark spent as they planned for the project and how well they communicated their decisions to me over the phone. Thanks also to James ( BQ’s knowledgeable representative I met at the very beginning of the whole process) and to the friendly people I spoke with whenever I needed to call the office. We have had BQ Basements install and service both of our sump pumps. Mike came out this last time for a service call. He was on time and professional in every way possible. He explained what was wrong and solved the problem efficiently. Definitely a tech and company you want in your home!
