Antonio, Dane and Dan were amazing! They were on time and very professional! They explained the entire job to me and then got started. They laid down something to protect my carpet and then they encapsulated my crawlspace and installed a new sump pump. I still have to see how the sump pump will work when needed. It hasn't come on yet.

This is the second time that I have used BQ Basements and both crews were wonderful. My most recent work was done by Nick A., Dave, and Elvin. The guys cleaned out the crawl space in my basement and waterproofed it as well. They arrived on time and called to let me know that they were on their way to I could secure my dogs. They were hardworking, professional, and cleaned up as if they weren't even there. This company has respectful and caring workers. I would recommend them to friends and family. Thank you.

I had an amazing experience dealing with Eamon, Dante, and Steve G. from BQ Basements & Concrete. Not only did they accommodate me on an early arrival time but they always kept in communication with me while I was at work. They are a top notch crew. Very professional and answered all my questions. Sent me pictures while I was away on the progress and left job site nice and neat. Eamon is an amazing Foreman and even wrote down some great suggestions on how to take care of my basement walls and floors. I will recommend this great service to anyone who has issues they need addressed pertaining to their basement.

Overall, I am pleased with their work…Ryan S., Rory, Edmundo and Maurice. A bit disappointed with the dust that all over our first floor! Also, concrete drips on steps and driveway. Really appreciated the removal of trash and junk from the basement! They took a bunch of it…..saved me quite a bit!

Due to BQ Basements‘ stellar service and their dedication to excellence, I am happy to write this review of the work they performed at my house. My barn’s foundation needed repair and everyone at the company displayed the kind of care a customer hopes for when a big job needs to be done at one’s property. BQ shows a sincere desire to execute an assignment correctly and to make sure the work will stand up to the tests of time. When the day came for the actual procedure, Stacey and Nick exhibited the informed understanding and professional confidence a customer loves to witness. They accomplished their tasks with precision while helping me understand all the steps they so skillfully performed that day. I must also mention the diligent attentiveness that Mike and Mark spent as they planned for the project and how well they communicated their decisions to me over the phone. He was on time, extremely complimentary of their home and was thorough in his evaluation of the space. The pricing was competitive and had a decent warranty. Sometimes bigger brands/companies can be tough to work with but Tyler never gave us that feeling
