While we did NOT end up using BQ basements. We were very impressed with Charlie Wright. He took his time to look at our basement, outside structures and other areas. He was very thorough and explained things thoroughly. He was diligent and took his time assessing and documenting our needs and going through our questions. He provides support and suggestions and other money saving ideas and continues to be willing to be a support. We wish everyone were more like him.

I had an amazing experience dealing with Eamon, Dante, and Steve G. from BQ Basements & Concrete. Not only did they accommodate me on an early arrival time but they always kept in communication with me while I was at work. They are a top notch crew. Very professional and answered all my questions. Sent me pictures while I was away on the progress and left job site nice and neat. Eamon is an amazing Foreman and even wrote down some great suggestions on how to take care of my basement walls and floors. I will recommend this great service to anyone who has issues they need addressed pertaining to their basement.

Two teams worked on our home construction: lead Scott, Paul, Cedrick and Demin.Waterproofing team: lead Liam, Steve, Jeremy, Anthony and Terrance.It was quite the adventure. Once construction started issues with our home we're found. Scott explained everything that needed to be done and the additional expenses. The repairs were necessary to make our home safe.The team worked well together to make the overall experience smooth and pleasant. They put down protection of the floors and do a nice job with clean up, inside and outside our home. Highly recommend this team.Waterproofing- Liam kept us informed of progress, changes that needed to be made as to best solve the water drainage in our crawl space. The team was pleasant, knowledgeable and worked well together.Both team were respectful that I was working at my job as they worked on our home.Glad I reached out and made the call to BQ concrete. Salesman Charlie was also a pleasure to work with and explained what and how BQ could help us.

Mike was great to work with. He arrived right on time and was friendly. He was very thorough in answering my questions and did a good job with the maintenance that needed to be done. I will definitely request Mike for future service to my basement waterproofing system and dehumidifier.
