They were on-time on the days they were scheduled, they left the place clean when they were done and were happy to answer questions along the way to ensure we were happy with the work. While we did NOT end up using BQ basements. We were very impressed with Charlie Wright. He took his time to look at our basement, outside structures and other areas. He was very thorough and explained things thoroughly. He was diligent and took his time assessing and documenting our needs and going through our questions. He provides support and suggestions and other money saving ideas and continues to be willing to be a support. We wish everyone were more like him.
