Due to BQ Basements‘ stellar service and their dedication to excellence, I am happy to write this review of the work they performed at my house. My barn’s foundation needed repair and everyone at the company displayed the kind of care a customer hopes for when a big job needs to be done at one’s property. BQ shows a sincere desire to execute an assignment correctly and to make sure the work will stand up to the tests of time. When the day came for the actual procedure, Stacey and Nick exhibited the informed understanding and professional confidence a customer loves to witness. They accomplished their tasks with precision while helping me understand all the steps they so skillfully performed that day. I must also mention the diligent attentiveness that Mike and Mark spent as they planned for the project and how well they communicated their decisions to me over the phone. Thanks also to James ( BQ’s knowledgeable representative I met at the very beginning of the whole process) and to the friendly people I spoke with whenever I needed to call the office. Mike was great to work with. He arrived right on time and was friendly. He was very thorough in answering my questions and did a good job with the maintenance that needed to be done. I will definitely request Mike for future service to my basement waterproofing system and dehumidifier.
