Due to BQ Basements‘ stellar service and their dedication to excellence, I am happy to write this review of the work they performed at my house. My barn’s foundation needed repair and everyone at the company displayed the kind of care a customer hopes for when a big job needs to be done at one’s property. BQ shows a sincere desire to execute an assignment correctly and to make sure the work will stand up to the tests of time. When the day came for the actual procedure, Stacey and Nick exhibited the informed understanding and professional confidence a customer loves to witness. They accomplished their tasks with precision while helping me understand all the steps they so skillfully performed that day. I must also mention the diligent attentiveness that Mike and Mark spent as they planned for the project and how well they communicated their decisions to me over the phone. Thanks also to James ( BQ’s knowledgeable representative I met at the very beginning of the whole process) and to the friendly people I spoke with whenever I needed to call the office. Two teams worked on our home construction: lead Scott, Paul, Cedrick and Demin.Waterproofing team: lead Liam, Steve, Jeremy, Anthony and Terrance.It was quite the adventure. Once construction started issues with our home we're found. Scott explained everything that needed to be done and the additional expenses. The repairs were necessary to make our home safe.The team worked well together to make the overall experience smooth and pleasant. They put down protection of the floors and do a nice job with clean up, inside and outside our home. Highly recommend this team.Waterproofing- Liam kept us informed of progress, changes that needed to be made as to best solve the water drainage in our crawl space. The team was pleasant, knowledgeable and worked well together.Both team were respectful that I was working at my job as they worked on our home.Glad I reached out and made the call to BQ concrete. Salesman Charlie was also a pleasure to work with and explained what and how BQ could help us.

Overall, I am pleased with their work…Ryan S., Rory, Edmundo and Maurice. A bit disappointed with the dust that all over our first floor! Also, concrete drips on steps and driveway. Really appreciated the removal of trash and junk from the basement! They took a bunch of it…..saved me quite a bit!
