This is the second time that I have used BQ Basements and both crews were wonderful. My most recent work was done by Nick A., Dave, and Elvin. The guys cleaned out the crawl space in my basement and waterproofed it as well. They arrived on time and called to let me know that they were on their way to I could secure my dogs. They were hardworking, professional, and cleaned up as if they weren't even there. This company has respectful and caring workers. I would recommend them to friends and family. Thank you.

Overall, I am pleased with their work…Ryan S., Rory, Edmundo and Maurice. A bit disappointed with the dust that all over our first floor! Also, concrete drips on steps and driveway. Really appreciated the removal of trash and junk from the basement! They took a bunch of it…..saved me quite a bit!

I had an empty area beneath my patio- a “void” beneath my patio. (Was thinking big sinkhole for a while there.) It was getting larger and it was also causing rain water to come into my basement. The concrete patio step that sat on the patio was also sinking and beginning to crack. I called BQ and they sent out the very knowledgeable and pleasant Robert Shannon. He assessed the problem but reassured me that it wasn’t a big as I thought and he explained how the foam works. Very interesting. The epoxy foam is injected thru the concrete where it was strong enough to lift the patio and step . The foam technician ,Rob G, explained the process well. He found a rotting backer board beneath the slider and caulked it for me till I found someone to replace it. BQ is a quality group of people AND they know their business.Highflying recommended.

We had our crawlspace encapsulated and new sump pumps installed a year ago. Zac came this year to do a yearly checkup and service. He was very nice and professional and came right on time. Two teams worked on our home construction: lead Scott, Paul, Cedrick and Demin.Waterproofing team: lead Liam, Steve, Jeremy, Anthony and Terrance.It was quite the adventure. Once construction started issues with our home we're found. Scott explained everything that needed to be done and the additional expenses. The repairs were necessary to make our home safe.The team worked well together to make the overall experience smooth and pleasant. They put down protection of the floors and do a nice job with clean up, inside and outside our home. Highly recommend this team.Waterproofing- Liam kept us informed of progress, changes that needed to be made as to best solve the water drainage in our crawl space. The team was pleasant, knowledgeable and worked well together.Both team were respectful that I was working at my job as they worked on our home.Glad I reached out and made the call to BQ concrete. Antonio, Dave and Dan from the Montgomeryville, PA location arrived on time and assisted in removing a cabinet on the wall. The scope of work performed was updating our french drain, new sump pump and dehumidifier. They were very professional and the basement was left in excellent shape when they left. If we had a question Antonio took the time to answer and made sure we understood what was being done. Mike was great to work with. He arrived right on time and was friendly. He was very thorough in answering my questions and did a good job with the maintenance that needed to be done. I will definitely request Mike for future service to my basement waterproofing system and dehumidifier.
